How & where to buy apartment complexes & raw land

Yeah it just dawned on me that while some who come to this organization will be property owners buying houses, some of you who come to the NABPM may be ready to begin buying apartment complexes and/or raw land and may be wondering where to go in order to do that. Check out this website that lists commercial properties as well as raw land for sale. Needless to say, there are many things to consider before buying apatment complexes as well as raw land which is the reason why I’ve also added videoclips with the thoughts of a buyer of apartment buildings and another videoclip with a raw land investor who give you the specific due diligence you need to engage in before buying either. It’s important that you do your homework before even buying a house to rent……..but it is IMPERATIVE that you do your due diligence before buying an apartment complex, raw land, retail space, a hotel or motel or any industrial space. Cause if you don’t do your homework you can end up getting the shirt taken right off of your back. So proceed with caution and make sure you watch several videos like the ones here on everything you need to do to have your bases covered before buying.
