As of right now, due to the rising interest rates by the Fed what was once a sellers market is slowly shifting into a buyer’s market as home prices are beginning to go DOWN. And according to an article I saw yesterday the Fed is proposing another rate hike of 50 basis points at the Fed Meeting on May 4th & 5th, 2022 to help slow inflation.
