Joseph Hogue – Let’s talk money

Good people,

My apologies for being out-of-pocket & distant. Have been dealing with a legal situation that has required my full attention and unfortunately has drawn me away from developing the website. We’ll talk about that later when the time is right. Well, as I have emphasized so many times, in order for us as a group to really dive into investment real estate, investing in the stock market is “not an option”. That’s something we’re going to have to do in order to help raise the d0wn payment capital necessary to buy rental properties (that and of course buying properties that appreciate that you can sell at a profit). But my main thing is to make sure that I send you someone who has the expertise & knowledge you need to teach you how to invest wisely. Don’t get me wrong, there are thousands of Men & Women out there who are really really good at teaching you about the market and at recommending you good stocks to buy, heck CNBC, Bloomberg & Cheddar are full of people like that. But you need somebody on YouTube that you can listen to on your smartphone that will provide you with in-depth knowledge that will help you diversify your investing in a smart way.

I’ve found the guy………….And trust me when I tell you THIS IS YOUR GUY…….This is your guy. He’s a gentleman on YouTube by the name of Joseph Hogue who runs a YouTube channel called “Let’s talk money” and he covers stocks from every angle you can think of, penny stocks, dividend paying stocks that can pay you a few thousand a month in dividends, higher cost yet high growth stocks, the best way to time the market, how interest rates will affect stocks. He doesn’t miss anything. And after you watch a few of his videos you will agree that if nothing else this guy eats, sleeps, dreams about and probably is putting in 12-15 hours a day looking at hundreds of stock charts. He literally is just like Jim Cramer, he’s a stockaholic.
